There exist moments for us all that hold a special place in our hearts and minds. These are the things that bring us joy and help us get our day off to a good start. I invite you to take a few minutes on this short post to reflect on what truly matters to you and make time for the things that help you start your day out in a positive vibe. Here are some of the things that I have time for.

I have time to:
• Wake up each morning and to say to my Lord, “Thank you Lord for another day” and “may this day be set aside for you in remembrance for all you do each day to provide for me and my family, for your protection and for my success going out and coming in.” This is the day that the Lord has made, and I will be glad and rejoice in it. Lead me and guide me Holy Spirit to hear your voice on the path of righteousness, may be this day be fruitful and full of good health, wisdom, peace and joy. Amen
“Do your days often leave you feeling frazzled and overwhelmed? Making time for the things that are most important in life, will go a long way towards better days in the future ”
• Do some stretches while still in bed and get my blood flowing in my body well; to brush my hair and wash my face, make coffee.
• To make God my first priority this day before I begin doing those things in life that are necessary to live a holy and abundant life. If I work outside or inside whatever it is I do it unto the Lord. He guides my steps and lights my path on this day and all future days.
• To begin my day in the Word of God, first and foremost, this ritual is not done in vain or for vain glory but to feed my soul spirit and mind. The Word says, "the renewing of your mind by the reading of God’s Word." God’s Word imparts discipline, patience, long suffering, wisdom and knowledge for the way to handle each day and the evil within it. This I do every morning.
• To spend on my body, the holy temple of God, to feed it well, to exercise it well, to cause it to rest and to discipline it to sleep at appropriate times and get up early in the morning.
... And most important of all
• To be still … and know that he is my everything; my Lord, My God, my abba Father.
